Whether your interest is in progressing towards a career in the field of social care or in working with those in a care setting, with mental or physical disability, the homeless, or those dealing with the challenge of addiction, the BA in Applied Social Care is the degree for you. DBS has an open event on August 22nd (Tuesday), between 4-7pm.

All of our programmes, including Psychology, Business, Computing, Media etc, are starting in a few weeks, so it is a great opportunity for students and their parents to see the college before they make their final decision. Open Evenings are an ideal chance to visit the college, find out about our courses and speak face to face with lecturers from across the areas of Business, Arts, Computing, Law and more. You can speak with DBS lecturers and staff from all areas of the college, to discuss the course of your interest, and find the programme that’s right for you. Open Events are a great way to get a feel for the college, and figure out if it’s the right place for you. We’re holding two Open Events next month. Our CAO Open Day in Castle House on Friday December 2nd from 11am-2pm and our General Open Evening on Tuesday December 6th from 5pm-7pm in Aungier Street.
