Click here for more information or email [email protected] As previously advised IADT have provided a Digital Portfolio Submission Platform for our applicants this year. Although this procedure is new to everyone, we are very pleased that the hundreds of students that have already submitted successfully via this online portal have overcome any initial barriers to doing so and it is working very well.
We are very mindful of the fact that this is a particularly difficult time for many Leaving Certificate students and have decided to extend the deadline for submission to midnight on Wednesday 30th April for any remaining students who wish to apply. To access the Digital Submission Platform and for further details please visit https://www.iadt.ie/study/portfolio-guidelines Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any further information regarding this or any of our courses, details of which are available at https://www.iadt.ie/courses IADT are very aware that the Leaving Certificate Group of 2020 are particularly affected by the current situation and have been working hard to ensure that their application procedures can continue whilst ensuring that we are complying fully with Government guidelines and Public Health advice.
Given the current restrictions it is unlikely that IADT will be able to assess a physical portfolio submission before May. As a result, we have prepared an alternative submission platform for our CAO applicants. Our new Digital Portfolio Submission platform (https://www.iadt.ie/study/portfolio-guidelines is now live and we have let applicants know that we have extended the submission period to 24th April 2020. We have also produced a guide for applicants https://www.iadt.ie/content/files/IADT_Digital_Portfolio_2020_WEB.pdf to help them prepare their submission. By submitting digitally applicants are helping IADT maintain effective levels of “social distancing” and reduce the need for staff and applicants to congregate on campus. IADT’s priority at this time is the safety and well being of students and we hope that this new procedure and related guidelines will be helpful in this regard. If you have any questions or need any further information please e-mail [email protected] Come to our Portfolio Workshop and Clinic for advice on editing and finishing your portfolio for the 7th February NCAD portfolio submission deadline.
