One-to-one Virtual Drop-ins and 24 WIT Talks launched at part of CAO supportsFollowing the success of its week of virtual open days in April, Waterford Institute of Technology (WIT) has announced further supports for the CAO applicants of 2020 at a dedicated website www.wit.ie/cao.
One of the highlights of ‘Ask WIT’ is the facility for individual consultations with members of WIT’s outreach team. Pre-booked virtual drop-in slots are available from 25 May to 1 July, the CAO Change of Mind deadline. Lecturers from across the institute’s 70 CAO courses have come onboard to support their future students with 24 discipline-specific WIT Talks scheduled over a five-week period. In addition, web chat and virtual tours are also available. DCU Student Ambassador Live Q&A Information SessionsWho better to ask course related questions than the students who are studying them?
DCU Student Ambassadors will be ‘live’ online between 2-3pm, Monday – Friday to answer your course related questions. The session is hosted by Admissions Officer Mackenzie Young, who will be asking Programme Director Siobhan O'Reilly to discuss all aspects of the new course. The session begins at 7pm and will run for an hour in length. Should you wish to ask questions during the session simply type them over the chat box during the session or email Mackenzie with your questions ahead of time.
