Dear Guidance Counsellor, I just want to draw your attention to our interview day next Tuesday 23rd May. There are still places available on most of our courses and students may wish to ensure that they have a plan B if their CAO choices don't work out. We have Liberal Arts, Access to university which allows for progression to Arts and Social Sciences degrees in third level. I would also encourage you to bring to the attention of your students, the Trinity Access Programme which is run in collaboration with Trinity College, Dublin. This is particularly relevant for students who are HEAR eligible. Further many students who are unsure of which career direction they wish to follow, choose a PLC course as a way of 'dipping their toe' in the vocational sector before embarking on a 3 or 4 year degree programme. This September we will be running a new course, Retail Pharmacy Assistant which is proving very popular. Details of the above and all our courses and application can be made on our website, www.libertiescollege.ie.
