Teagasc Kildalton College, Piltown, Co. Kilkenny will hold its annual Careers Day on Friday, 7th of October with tours beginning at 10am & 11am. The college will open its doors to potential new students, their parents and guidance councillors. Members of staff will be present to show students around the farm, equine unit, horticulture unit and gardens. This is an ideal opportunity to get a taste of student life at Kildalton and explore the broad range of courses available at the College, Agriculture, Horticulture & Equine. Schools must book in advance if coming for the Open Day.

Horticultural courses are offered at two Teagasc colleges ( the College of Amenity Horticulture, National Botanic Gardens and at Kildalton).
