The CDCFE Open Day takes place from 10am-6.30pm on Thursday 23rd November, during College Awareness Week. The day promises an action-packed programme of events, with interactive workshops and demonstrations from our staff and students. All are welcome to attend. Coláiste Dhúlaigh CFE offers over 70 Post Leaving Certificate Courses, ranging from Animation to Art Portfolio, Barbering to Business, Psychology to Science, Engineering to Outdoor Education etc. We offer courses at QQI Levels 4, 5 & 6, Traineeships, Apprenticeships, Entrepreneurships and Level Eight BA Hons Degrees in Drama, Animation, and Film Production. Thursday 23rd November - College Awareness Week
More Coláiste Dhúlaigh College of Further Education are holding our Open Day on March 2nd from 12 -7pm in our Coolock campus.
CDCFE will host an information evening for prospective students on the 22nd November from 4-7pm in our Coolock campus. Come and speak to our staff about the PLC and BA degree courses, traineeships and apprenticeships that we offer.
more info Coláiste Dhúlaigh College of Further Education is hosting an Information Evening on Tuesday April 5th from 4.30 - 7pm in our Coolock campus. Staff and students will be available to answer any questions about our courses and progression routes to Higher Education. Our Learner Support team and Guidance Counsellors will also be available on the afternoon.
We are hosting a virtual Open Day on Wednesday 3rd March from 4-5pm. Registration is not required for this event. Links will be on our website from 4pm on the day.
This will give prospective students the chance to speak to our tutors from all departments, to our Guidance Counsellors and our Learner Support team. If you wish to get a reminder email about this event please email [email protected] We are now taking applications for PLC courses starting 2021. Once you apply you will receive a provisional course offer which is subject to meeting course entry requirements. Apply here. We are hosting a Virtual Information Evening on Wednesday February 3rd from 4-5pm. No registration is required and access will be available through our website from 4pm on February 3rd. This will give prospective students and their parents/guardians the opportunity to ask questions to our teachers, Guidance Counsellors and Learner Support team. We will also have staff in place to take general queries and our VTOS and BTEI co-ordinators will also be available.
Just to update you on new developments in the college for September. We are starting new course in Digital Design, Environmental Science and Social Media Influencer. We have a new link with Trinity College Dublin for our Preliminary Engineering course which will allow our students access to Engineering Degrees in TCD. We continue to offer Pathways to Apprenticeships in Engineering Technology and Hairdressing. We have also started a new National Hairdressing Apprenticeship and our Creative Innovation Hub continues to thrive. Applications for our Top-Up degrees in Animation, Drama, Film and Television Production and Multimedia Journalism are also now open. We are still continuing with virtual school visits.
