This scholarship is designed to support talented athletes on their journey of combining a top-class third level education and the highest standards of performance in their chosen sport(s). LYIT’s New Entrant Sports Scholarship for 2022/23 is opened to prospective students who will be attending LYIT for the first time in 2022/23. LYIT provided 52 New Entrant Sports Scholarship in 2021/22 across a variety of sports, including GAA, Soccer, Basketball, Athletics and Karate.

The application for a Sports Scholarship at Maynooth University is open. The application link below will take you to the PAC website where you will need to create an account in order to make your application. Closing date is April 1st 2022. LINK Students applying through the CAO, progressing directly from the Leaving Certificate or a Post-Leaving Certificate course, can now apply for a full-funded level 7 or 8 degree at Griffith College in Dublin, Cork or Limerick, commencing in autumn 2022.

The programme offers scholarships in Academia, Elite Sports and Performing Arts.
